Dr Ryan Grammenos (EngD, SFHEA) is a Co-Founder and Director at EduSynergy, a vocational education and training (VET) centre in Cyprus bringing together the combined expertise of PHOEBE Research and Innovation Ltd and EUROCY Innovations Ltd. An HRDA-certified trainer (EQF Level 5) and domain expert for Vital Importance seminars, Ryan specialises in translating advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and data analytics, into structured, accessible training programmes for professionals, SMEs, and public sector organisations. He holds a Doctorate in Communications Engineering (EngD) from University College London (UCL) and is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE (SFHEA). With over two decades of experience in education and industry, Ryan is committed to making emerging digital technologies understandable and actionable for non-technical audiences.

An HRDA-certified trainer at EQF Level 5, Marianna brings over twenty years of hands-on experience delivering professional development training in assistive technology, inclusive education and accessibility. She is specialising in Inclusive Education, Workplace Accessibility, and EU Projects Accessibility. She holds an MA in Inclusive Education and Technology from King's College London and is a Senior Irlen Screener certified by the Irlen Institute International. Marianna has delivered HRDA-accredited and informal training to professionals, educators, therapists, and families across Cyprus, Greece, and Oman. Her mission is to make advanced digital tools and inclusive strategies accessible to every professional, regardless of technical background.

He holds a PhD in Computer Engineering from the University of Cyprus, an MSc in Advanced Computing (Artificial Intelligence) with Distinction from Imperial College London, and a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. His expertise spans machine learning, semantic technologies, knowledge graphs, IoT platforms, smart infrastructure, and digital transformation, with leadership across Horizon Europe, Horizon 2020, Erasmus+, and nationally funded initiatives. At EduSynergy, George supports the strategic direction that connects applied research and innovation outputs to structured, certified professional development for organisations across Cyprus and Europe.

With an MSc in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics from CIIM and an MSc in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, Angelos supports the design and development of curricula and training materials and leads financial and administrative management for the centre. His cross-sector background, spanning Horizon Europe research projects, Erasmus+ VET initiatives, and digital marketing, equips him to bridge the technical and professional development worlds that EduSynergy serves. He is committed to making structured, certified professional development accessible to SMEs and organisations across Cyprus.

Holding an MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Warwick WMG and a BSc in Economic Science from the University of Cyprus, he combines academic rigour with hands-on experience in EU project management, curriculum design, business development, and economics education. His broad professional background, spanning financial services, startup business development, investment consulting, and seven years of teaching, equips him to contribute meaningfully to VET training Cyprus programmes that need to speak to diverse professional audiences. At EduSynergy, Christos helps ensure that training content is both technically informed and practically applicable.
