Marianna Gregoriou is an Assistive Technology Trainer, Consultant, Senior Irlen Screener, and Hydra Certified Trainer specialising in Inclusive Education, Workplace Accessibility, and EU Projects Accessibility. She holds a Master’s degree in Inclusive Education and Technology from King’s College London and a qualification in Management Information Systems from European University Cyprus. 

Currently serving as Trainer-Researcher and Accessibility & Assistive Technology Consultant at G.M. Eurocy Innovation Ltd in Cyprus, Marianna leads national and EU initiatives that promote accessibility and inclusion through technology. Her expertise spans supporting neurodiverse learners across all educational levels and empowering adults in developing communication skills and employment readiness.

Marianna’s professional expertise encompasses training businesses on inclusive workplace practices and accessibility law compliance, assistive technology consultation and implementation, supporting neurodiverse individuals in educational and professional settings, training educational professionals and therapists on how to use assistive technology to support accessible and inclusive learning experiences for learners with diverse needs, and developing accessibility policies and practical guidance for organisations.

Recent Accomplishments

Marianna initiated and authored the recently funded Erasmus+ PATH2Succeed project (2025–2027), a programme dedicated to making higher education more inclusive and accessible for all students by providing personalised study skills training, digital resources, and institutional guidance to support academic success. On the national front, through the ABLE4ALL project, funded by CYTA, she is joining forces with the Able Book Team and other partners to advance accessibility and employability opportunities for people with disabilities.

Career Highlights

As former Director of SE.S Special Educational Services, Marianna specialised in student-centred learning approaches and co-designed localised educational software for students with learning difficulties. 

Internationally, Marianna played a pivotal role in the establishment of the first Assistive Technology Centre in Muscat, Oman, providing ongoing strategic consultation from initial concept through to full operation. Her advisory scope encompassed defining accessibility requirements and infrastructure, identifying staffing needs and professional roles, selecting and recommending assistive technologies, designing professional training programmes for multidisciplinary teams, developing the centre’s service portfolio, and creating a framework for embedding assistive technology across all professional practices. This end-to-end consultancy resulted in a fully operational centre serving individuals with disabilities and their families across the region.

Marianna is dedicated to empowering vulnerable and neurodiverse individuals and the organisations that support them with the knowledge, resources, and strategies needed to thrive in education, employment, and daily life.
